Who would have thought, when we first created Imprison Bush, just after the 2004 election, that a majority of Americans would support the impeachment of George W. Bush. Yet, that's just what's happened. President Bush has so thoroughly attacked American liberty and pervasively violated the law that most Americans have no trouble recognizing that he is a criminal who belongs behind bars.
Unfortunately, members of Congress are not quite as quick on the uptake as the American people. Although Congressman Conyers has introduced three resolutions that could lead toward impeachment, most members of Congress, Democrat and Republican, are choosing to play it safe and do nothing. Without Congress, of course, there can be no impeachment.
You can help. Spread the word, and do you part to restore democracy and the rule of law, by distributing and posting these bumper stickers, which bear the simple message: Impeach Bush!
